Chad Furst

Chad Furst is a human capital senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP, specializing in change management, strategic communications, and training. In their current role, Chad leads the implementation of an enterprise-wide talent management technology for a large government agency. Previously, they held positions at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they supported major organizational initiatives and developed strategic communications for the U.S. Marine Corps and the Department of Homeland Security. Chad earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida, where they also held several leadership roles, including President of the largest PRSSA chapter in the nation. Outside of work, Chad enjoys playing tennis, hiking with their dog, and supporting Tampa Bay sports teams.
