Charles Braunstein is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Major Programmes Public Sector team, specializing in Infrastructure projects. They currently focus on delivering Target Operating Model and Organisation Design initiatives and supporting construction project delivery. Previously, Charles spent five years at Network Rail, where they managed various construction projects across the Southern Region and gained comprehensive exposure to railway operations as a General Management Graduate. Charles also held an internship at Skillcapital, contributing to advisory services for private capital investors. Charles earned a 2:1 BA Hons degree from the University of Leeds.
