Chris Yoon is currently the Managing Director for M&A Tax at Deloitte, a role held since 2024. Prior to this, Chris worked at KPMG as a Managing Director and Senior Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions Tax from 2022 to 2024. Chris also gained experience at PwC as a Senior Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions Tax from 2013 to 2015. Chris earned a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law in 2012 and a Master of Laws in Tax Law/Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2013, following a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, San Diego, completed in 2009.
