Christophe Guerner

Christophe Guerner is currently a Partner at Deloitte Restructuring, specializing in distressed M&A, where they lead efforts to assist companies facing performance challenges. Since 2012, they have provided operational and financial support to business leaders and shareholders, including independent analysis of financial forecasts to facilitate sustainable restructurings. Prior to Deloitte, Christophe held managerial positions at Mazars and Grant Thornton Restructuring, focusing on assisting companies in distress with operational and financial issues. They hold a Licence in Private Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a degree in Finance from KEDGE Business School, and are also pursuing a private pilot license.
