Christy Cotter

Christy Cotter is currently the Lead Resource Management Specialist at Deloitte, a position they have held since 2016. Previously, Christy worked as a Senior Talent Supply Lead at Merkle and as a Resource Deployment Manager at PwC. They also held various roles at IBM Global Services, where they contributed as a Resource Deployment Manager and Senior Project Staffing Professional from 1999 to 2016. Christy started their education at Radford University, earning a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from 1988 to 1992. Prior to their time in these roles, they gained experience in Human Resources at INDUS Corporation from 1994 to 1999.
