Ciaran McGovern is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement across various industries. Beginning a career as a Lean Process Improvement Engineer at Gateway Computers, Ciaran progressed to significant roles at Boston Scientific in both Ireland and the USA, where responsibilities included project assessment and leading process development. Ciaran served as a Consulting Senior Manager and Master Black Belt at Distinct Business Consulting, focusing on business performance enhancement and transformational program design. Later, as a Director at Deloitte, Ciaran partnered with clients to implement leading improvement practices.
