Cici Chen

Cici Chen is currently the Associate Director of Supply Chain Consulting at Deloitte, where they have been since 2012, building expertise in international integration and transformation within the private sector, particularly in the Consumer and Life Science industries. Cici specializes in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), focusing on operating model design, technology implementation, and change management. Prior to their current role, Cici served as a Senior Manager in Supply Chain & Network Operations Consulting at Deloitte UK from 2014 to the present and worked as a UK Supply Chain Analyst at AkzoNobel from 2011 to 2012. They hold a Master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Trading and Economics from Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce.
