Cilla Thompson

Cilla Thompson is currently a Director and Senior Manager Candidate Engagement at Deloitte, having previously held the position of Recruitment Manager at Keytree, a Deloitte company. Cilla began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at OPUS Recruitment Solutions, later advancing to become a Principal Recruitment Consultant and further developing their expertise in IT recruitment. Cilla has also worked as a Sales Manager at RiteHair and a Development Consultant at IT Human Resources plc. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of Kent between 2005 and 2009.
