Colette Rogers

Colette Rogers, GAICD, has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within public and consulting sectors. Notably, Colette served as Acting Deputy Secretary at the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services in early 2016. Colette's tenure at Deloitte from June 2012 to November 2023 included roles such as Partner, Consulting Public Sector Industry Lead, Lead Partner for the Victorian Public Sector, and Lead Partner in Consulting Clients, Industries, and Markets. Additionally, Colette was engaged as a member of the Future Skills Steering Committee with the Committee for Melbourne from late 2018 to late 2021. Colette holds an education credential from the University of Melbourne, obtained between 2005 and 2007.
