Conrad McDonald is a dedicated human-oriented service leader currently serving as a Senior Manager at Deloitte. They have built a career focused on supporting entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses in Canada, with experience as a Senior Manager at BDC and a Community Relations Coordinator at Tangerine. Conrad has also contributed to entrepreneurship programs at MaRS Discovery District and has held various leadership roles within Deloitte.
