Courtney Pace

Courtney Pace, Ph.D., SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in talent management, change management, and higher education. As Associate Vice President of Talent at FedEx Employees Credit Association from September 2019 to April 2022, Courtney focused on performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. In academia, Courtney served as Visiting Assistant Professor at Rhodes College and held the position of Associate Professor and Director of Admissions at Memphis Theological Seminary, where enrollment was doubled within a year on a flat budget. Earlier roles included Assistant Director of Student Success at Baylor University and currently, a Senior Consultant at Deloitte specializing in workforce transformation in the Government and Public Services Group. Educational qualifications include a Master of Divinity from Baylor's Truett Seminary, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Religion/Religious Studies from Baylor University.
