With extensive experience in managing complex IT initiatives and cultivating high-performance teams, Crystal previously held roles at Verizon Business and Force 3, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Currently, they are pursuing a Master’s degree while also studying at The George Washington University and hold a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia State University.
