Cynthia Vitters

Cynthia Vitters is a trusted advisor specializing in higher education cyber and strategic risk management, currently serving as a Managing Director at Deloitte since 2017. Previously, they held key positions at the U.S. Department of Education, including Chief Risk Officer at Federal Student Aid and Director of the Risk Analysis Division. Cynthia began their career as a Senior Auditor at the Office of Inspector General and served as a Senior Advisor for Enterprise Risk Management at the Office of Management and Budget.
