Damla T. is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk, and Transactions Advisory practice, providing corporate governance advice to financial services firms. They have extensive experience with post-merger governance integration projects, board evaluations, and regulatory assessments, having worked with over 70 boards in the UK. Previously, Damla held a consultant position at Independent Audit and was an Advisory Board member for the Next Generation NED Network. They hold a BSc in Business from Galatasaray University and an MSc in Management Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and currently serve as an Associate Governor for Highshore School.
