Dan Bell

Dan Bell has a diverse professional background encompassing roles in engineering, corrections, consulting, and military service. Experience includes working as a Train Engine Assembler at Hatch and Kirk Engine Components, where Dan inspected and tested products for functionality and compliance. As a Correctional Officer for the State of Maryland, Dan maintained custody and security for approximately 500 inmates and coordinated activities within a medium-security prison. Dan transitioned to the tech industry as a Solutions Analyst and later a Solutions Developer at Deloitte, focusing on web application security. Prior military service as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps included leadership of over 40 Marines during three deployments to Iraq, honing skills in problem-solving and time management.
