Danit Lichter

Danit Lichter is an experienced talent acquisition specialist with a strong background in human resources and technical recruitment. Danit has worked at Trax Retail as a Human Resources Administrator, where responsibilities included assisting in talent acquisition processes and managing employee onboarding and offboarding. At Shavit Software, Danit served as a Technical Recruiter, managing the end-to-end recruiting process for technical professionals. In the role at TeraLight, Danit managed full-cycle recruitment and collaborated with hiring managers to ensure candidate fit. Danit also served as a Welfare officer in the Israel Defense Forces, overseeing soldiers' service conditions.
