Danny Chan

Danny Chan has extensive experience in M&A transaction services and regulatory advisory. They served as a Senior Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte and previously as a Director of Corporate Finance at EC Healthcare. Prior to that, Danny worked as an Assistant Vice President in the Listing Division at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and as a Group Accounting Manager at eprint Group Limited. Danny began their career as a Senior Associate in Assurance at PwC and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Financial Law from The University of Hong Kong, obtained in 2017.
