David Hoare

David Hoare is a Partner in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte, where they specialize in providing financial due diligence and M&A advice to major European and international corporate clients and private equity houses. Based in London, they lead the UK Media M&A team and cover various sectors including TV production, gaming, advertising, and telecommunications.
