David Lyons

David Lyons is a Tax Partner in M&A at Deloitte, where they specialize in infrastructure and large private equity transactions, focusing on both buy-side and sell-side structuring. Since 2018, David has led the Deloitte Cambridge financial investors M&A tax team, contributing to a national team of over 350 tax professionals advising on various transaction elements. Prior to this role, David served as a Director at Deloitte from 2013 to 2018, working within Corporate Tax. David earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, achieving a first-class degree.
