David Rakowski is a Global Circular Economy Lead and UK Life Sciences Sustainability Lead, currently serving as a Partner at Deloitte since 2022. Previously, they co-founded PA Consulting Group’s Circular Economy and Sustainability proposition, where they held the position of Global Health Care and Life Sciences Sustainability Lead from 2013 to 2022. David holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering from UCL and an Engineer's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from The University of Hull. They are passionate about applying a systems engineering mindset to sustainability and scaling the circular economy across various sectors.
