David Rees

David Rees is a corporate leader with 18 years of consulting and management experience across three of the Big 4 firms. They are the founder of Caribbean Consulting Advisory Services Ltd and co-founder of Gray’s Medical Ltd. David has held various roles, including Director at PwC and Senior Manager at EY, specializing in public sector strategy and transformation, particularly within justice and policing. David’s educational background includes a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University and a first-class honors degree in Modern History and Economics from The University of Manchester. Currently, David serves as a Client Relationship Executive at Deloitte, focusing on sector growth strategy and delivery support.
