David Spira

David Spira is a recently retired Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting, where they specialized in climate, energy, water, project finance, and public-private partnerships. Prior to their tenure at Deloitte, David served as a Senior Manager at BearingPoint, where they held various leadership roles on international projects for USAID in regions including Egypt, Abu Dhabi, and Kosovo. Their earlier experience includes working as Deputy Team Lead on the Armenia Privatization Project with International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. David holds a B.A.S. in Biochemistry and Russian Language from the University of California, Davis.
