David Sternberg

David Sternberg is a Managing Director at Deloitte's Strategy and Transactions practice, where they focus on technology due diligence and have over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. They have provided due diligence services for over 700 transactions and led numerous M&A activities, including integration and divestiture processes. David currently leads Deloitte's US product technology M&A due diligence services, investigating over 200 proprietary technology platforms to identify value creation and associated risks. Prior to Deloitte, they served as an Application Architect at Infrasource and an IT Specialist at IBM. David holds an MBA and a BS in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State University.
