Dawn Grantham is a highly experienced learning professional currently serving as the Head of Talent and Learning Operations at Deloitte. With a robust background in learning strategy, performance consulting, and leadership development, Dawn focuses on enhancing learner experiences and aligning them with business performance. Previously, Dawn held key roles at AkzoNobel and Bupa, where they led change management initiatives and facilitated training programs. Dawn earned a BA in Modern European Studies from The Nottingham Trent University and is pursuing a CIM Advanced Certificate at Loughborough College.
