Declan Flaherty

Declan Flaherty, CPA, is currently serving as a Tax Senior Manager in the Washington National Tax - Financial Instruments group at Deloitte. With a comprehensive background in tax treatment for various financial products, Declan has previously held roles as a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Accountant at Deloitte, along with experience as an intern at Great Bay Energy, LLC and Wealth Management Systems, Inc. Declan began their career as an Operations Associate at Pilgrim Skating Arena, specializing in rink operations and customer service. Declan earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University and later obtained a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Bentley College's Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business.
