Deepa Narasimhan

Deepa Narasimhan is currently an Associate Director at Deloitte, specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion. With over six years of experience in developing and managing inclusion strategies, Deepa has successfully driven initiatives that enhance corporate culture and employee engagement across various organizations, including MiQ and Dell Technologies. Previously, Deepa held roles in marketing and internal communications at EMC, where they contributed to the establishment of the Women's Leadership Forum and other diverse programs. Deepa is also an evangelist for assistive technology and accessibility and has spoken internationally on these topics.
