With over a decade of experience in auditor independence, Denise possesses extensive knowledge of regulations from entities such as the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. Previously, they held roles at Philip Morris International and served as a Technical Advisor for the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants from 2016 to 2020. Denise earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Boston College and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.
