Devan Chhaniyara

Devan Chhaniyara is an M&A Financial Investors Tax Associate Director at Deloitte, where they focus on the UK market. Previously, they served as an Assistant Director in International Tax & Transaction Services at EY from 2010 to 2023 and held a secondment as a Tax & Structuring Manager at Terra Firma Capital Partners in 2019-2020. Devan earned a Master's Degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The University of Sheffield, graduating in 2005. They completed their high school education at Aga Khan Kenya Secondary School in Mombasa, Kenya, from 1994 to 2001.
