Devyn Rhoads

Devyn Rhoads possesses extensive experience in the medical and quality assurance fields, beginning as an Emergency Medical Technician at Keystone Quality Transport, where critical care services were provided during patient transport from February 2016 to May 2022. Following this role, Devyn served as a Quality Assurance Specialist at QTC Management, Inc., ensuring the accuracy of clinical documentation and meeting productivity goals between June 2020 and March 2022. Subsequently, as SPD Supervisor at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from March 2022 to January 2024, leadership skills were further developed. Currently, Devyn holds the position of Quality Operations Analyst at Deloitte since January 2024. Educational credentials include an Associate's degree in Science for Health Professions from Delaware County Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information/Medical Records Administration from Temple University.
