Diala Haidar is a consulting manager with experience in large-scale transformational portfolios, programs, and projects throughout Saudi Arabia. Currently serving as a Consulting Learning and Development Business Partner at Deloitte, Diala previously worked at PwC Middle East as a Consulting Manager and Senior Consultant. Diala began their career as a Business Analyst at Ernst & Young, where they prepared market and financial feasibility studies for mega real estate projects. Additionally, Diala owned and operated a business, Ladies Coffee Shop, from 2012 to 2016, focusing on marketing, operations, and human capital management. Diala is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Financial Management from Damascus University.
