Diego Barnabà

Diego Barnabà is a Senior Consultant specializing in Operating Model and Organization Design at Deloitte, focusing on Organization and Workforce Transformation within Human Capital. Previously, they served as a Global People Partner and People Advisor at Gucci, where they enhanced HR business partnership and engaged in organizational design and development. Diego began their professional journey as a Consultant Intern at Organization & Management Solutions, gaining experience in HR management consulting. They hold a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from both Università di Bologna and the University of Valencia, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Università di Bologna. Diego also completed an exchange year in Psychology at Maastricht University.
