Don Miller

Don Miller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and change management. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Deloitte since September 2006, Don specializes in advising technology, media, and telecommunication companies on improving performance through effective organizational design. Prior roles at Deloitte include Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant, where Don focused on workforce planning, talent management, and leadership development. Earlier experience includes an internship at Microsoft and consulting roles at Crawford & Winiarski and Arthur Andersen, where Don contributed to strategic financial consulting and investigations. Don holds an MBA with a focus on Leadership, Change Management, and Human Resources from Michigan State University, along with a B.A. in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from Albion College.
