Donna Hemphill is currently the Associate Director of Global Trade Advisory at Deloitte LLP, drawing on over 20 years of experience in customs and logistics. Previously, during their tenure at JTI as an Import Export Customs & Excise Specialist from 2009 to 2017, they maintained a compliance program and managed the import and export shipping functions. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2009, they served as the EPU Manager at IFS Global Logistics, overseeing customs entries and handling HMRC audits. Donna also held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte Ireland from 2017 to 2024, providing consultancy services in customs duty and excise. They are pursuing a BA Hons in Business Studies with Japanese at the University of Ulster.
