Duane is a results-driven SAP BTP & SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in digital HR transformation and cloud integration. They currently serve as a SuccessFactors & Integration Expert at Deloitte, where they engage in requirement gathering and manage various HR technologies, including XML file configurations and Employee Central customization. Previously, Duane held the role of Lead HRMS at UPL and worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG India. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology from Himalayan University.
