Duncan Down is an M&A Partner at Deloitte, specializing in the TMT sector, and serves as the U.K. Strategy, Risk and Transactions lead for Deloitte Private. With 20 years of experience in M&A, Duncan has worked on transactions ranging from £10 million to over £1 billion, focusing on acquisitions, refinancings, and disposals. They also have extensive experience with cross-border M&A and private equity-backed companies. Duncan previously led the UK Tech Fast 50 program, which recognizes the fastest-growing technology businesses in the U.K. They earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol.
