Ed Rial

Ed Rial is a retired Principal with Deloitte, bringing over 30 years of experience in conducting fraud and corruption investigations, due diligence assignments, and compliance reviews globally. Ed led Deloitte's Americas Financial Advisory practice, which encompassed Forensic, M&A, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, and Valuation & Modeling services. Prior to joining Deloitte, Ed served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York from 1989 to 1997. Ed earned a JD in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School from 1981 to 1984.
