Edward Rollins

Edward Rollins is the GPS ServiceNow Lead Alliance Partner at Deloitte, where they currently lead the Government, State, Local, and Higher Education practice for Human Capital ServiceNow. With a distinguished track record, Edward has pioneered and expanded Deloitte's Federal ServiceNow practice and has played a key role in scaling the Enterprise Platform Center of Excellence for large government clients. Prior to their time at Deloitte, Edward served as President and CEO at R2 Technologies, LLC, where they created Enterprise Information Systems architecture for a government agency, and they were also the Chief Technical Officer at GPC Systems, Inc. Edward holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary Washington, earned from 1989 to 1992.
