Eli Charney

Eli Charney is a Future of Work Consultant currently with Deloitte, where they leverage their extensive experience in human resources. Previously, Eli held various roles, including HR Manager at GE and HR Business Partner at GE Transportation, contributing to the creation of the “Brilliant Factory” in Welland, Ontario. Prior to that, Eli worked as a Compensation Consultant at Canadian Tire, focusing on market analysis and employee data organization. They hold a Master of Business Administration specialized in Human Resources from Ryerson University and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from eCornell.
