Ellen Baez

Ellen Baez, PMP, is a Senior Consultant at Deloitte, currently leading a county government’s ARPA SLFRF initiative while overseeing funding distribution and compliance for 114 projects totaling $130 million. Previously, Ellen served as an Emergency Management Specialist at FEMA, where they played a key role in public assistance and community recovery efforts. With a rich background in communications, Ellen has held various positions including Communications Manager at Project Renaissance and Director of Communications and Special Projects at STEM Preparatory Academy. Ellen's international experience as a Peace Corps Education and Youth Advisor further highlights their dedication to community service and development. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
