Ellen Hendrickx

Ellen Hendrickx is currently the Chief of Staff at Deloitte Belgium, a role they began in 2025. Previously, they served as HR Manager at Deloitte Belgium from 2021 to 2025, where they acted as a business partner and primary contact for HR matters, managed various HR processes, and collaborated closely with HR specialists. Ellen's career at Deloitte began in 2009, progressing from Management Assistant to Senior HR Officer and HR Officer. They hold a Bachelor in Office Management with a focus on Human Resources from Katholieke Hogeschool Mechelen and have completed additional studies in Human Resources Management and Social Law at EHSAL Management School.
