Emily Popp

Emily Popp is currently a Counsel at Deloitte, where they advise a diverse range of domestic and international clients on matters including offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. They have previously held positions as an Attorney at Loeb & Loeb LLP and as a Corporate Governance Attorney at Northern Trust Corporation, among other roles in various prestigious law firms. Emily is also the Founder of Bananabel LLC and has extensive experience in drafting equity incentive plans and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. They earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and an MPhil from the University of Oxford, along with a BA from The Johns Hopkins University. Emily is a licensed attorney in California, Illinois, and New York.
