Emily Schäfer

Emily Schäfer is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Organisational Innovation at Copenhagen Business School while engaging in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte. Previously, Emily has gained experience in Organisational Change Management at Novo Nordisk and has worked in various roles including Corporate Communications at Thinksurance and Talent Relationship Management at Deloitte. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication Studies and Psychology from Universität Mannheim and have participated in exchange programs at Singapore Management University and the University of Sydney, focusing on topics such as Marketing and Change Management. Emily has also contributed as a Student Consultant at Integra e. V. from 2020 to 2023.
