Emma Beatty

Emma Beatty is an Associate Director with extensive experience as a Programme Test Manager specializing in SAP transformations within the private sector. Emma has held several positions at Deloitte from Manager to Senior Manager and is currently an Associate Director. Prior to Deloitte, Emma worked as a QA Analyst at CVS Caremark Corporation and as a UAT Test Lead at Allianz Ireland. Emma holds a BSc Hons in Business Studies from the University of Ulster, where they graduated with a Second Class Upper degree. Emma is also a passionate advocate for employee well-being and engagement, leading initiatives to foster a supportive work culture.
