Emma Johns is a Digital and Technology Consulting Partner based in Christchurch, leading the Delivery offering and driving digital transformation. With experience at Deloitte’s London and Amsterdam offices, they are dedicated to advising and delivering technology-enabled change while building successful teams. Passionate about promoting STEM careers, Emma launched the Reverse Mentoring Programme in the Canterbury region and leads the NextGen CIO programme at Deloitte. Outside of work, Emma enjoys outdoor adventures, travel, and sports, and is completing a section hike/run of the South Island leg of the Te Araroa trail.
