Eric Andrus is a Partner at Deloitte Canada, leading efforts in value creation through sharp and focused delivery of performance improvement initiatives since 2021. Prior to this, Eric co-founded Mensana Change Management Ltd., where they served as President from 2011 to 2020, and held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Operations at Accucaps Industries Ltd. and Managing Director at Evor Management Consulting. With a background in organizational development and consulting at Carpedia International, Eric also accumulated experience in finance and management roles at MetroBec. Educated at McGill University and Concordia University, Eric holds a BA in Political Science and pursued advanced studies in business administration.
