Eric Flamer

Eric Flamer has a diverse background in hospitality and consulting, with experience spanning from 2008 to 2015. Eric began as Front Office Lead at Hyatt Regency Washington, where oversight of daily operations enhanced guest experiences. Subsequently, as an Education Pioneers Fellow at the U.S. Department of Education, Eric contributed to national educational technology policy. At Deloitte Consulting, Eric advanced through roles from Senior Consultant to Senior Manager within the Federal Human Capital Practice, emphasizing organizational transformation and talent management. Complementing this professional experience, Eric holds a BA in International Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, a degree in European Politics from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, and an MBA in General Management from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
