Eric Lesser

Eric Lesser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, insights, and human capital management. They served as an Associate Partner and Research Director at IBM Corporation, where they spearheaded global research on workforce effectiveness and led a team of over 50 professionals. At KPMG, they established the HR Strategy and Analytics group for a large professional services firm. Currently, Eric is a Specialist Leader in Human Capital Analytics and Insights Solutions at Deloitte Consulting. They also hold degrees from Brandeis University and Emory University, with ongoing education at the Bronx High School of Science.
