Erik Dilger

Erik Dilger is a Managing Director at Deloitte Advisory in Boston, where they lead strategy and operations for the Risk and Financial Advisory business, focusing on M&A services and generative AI initiatives. With over 23 years of experience, they have provided consultative services in knowledge management, audit, and forensic accounting. An adjunct professor at Northeastern University since 2004, Erik has taught multiple courses in forensic accounting and fraud investigation. They are actively involved in nonprofit organizations, serving on several boards, including the Duxbury Education Foundation and the German American Business Council of Boston, where they previously held the position of President for ten years. Erik holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware and has been a dedicated member of the National Ski Patrol for over 25 years.
