Euan Isles is a Transformation Leadership Expert and currently serves as the Head of Deloitte Leadership in the UK. With extensive experience working with senior leaders across various sectors, Euan has played a pivotal role in Deloitte's global research on leadership transformation. Euan's authored works include *Leadership for a New Decade* (2020) and *The Leadership Premium* (2012), among others. Previously, Euan worked as a consultant at the Bank of Scotland Corporate from 2002 to 2007, before continuing to build a career at Deloitte since then. Euan is also pursuing education at multiple institutions, including the London School of Journalism and Strathclyde Business School.
