Ewan Rintoul

Ewan Rintoul is currently the Senior Employee Relations Manager at Deloitte, where they drive positive change in the Employee Relations function. Previously, they held roles as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at The City of Edinburgh Council and as an HR Advisor at both Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and Penumbra. Ewan’s early career included serving as a Workplace Officer for Stonewall and an HR Team Manager at the Forestry Commission. They earned an MSc in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
